ADIRA, developed by the National Procurement Services for Wales responds to the specific needs of the Welsh public sector, providing a fast, compliant, cost-effective and simple method of finding the right supplier for the job, while contributing to a Prosperous Wales.
Delivered by Bloom, in partnership with Atebion Solutions, ADIRA is an OJEU compliant framework. It provides access to a large, pre-accredited expert supply chain with the ability on bring on small and local Welsh suppliers; all available to provide digital and ICT resources across the Welsh public sector.
Using a catalogue of pre-defined Statement of Works (SoW), buyers can be confident that the resources procured will be for projects that are time-bound, discreet and outside of IR 35 regulations. Suppliers sourced through ADIRA are available for projects valued at less than £500k and for projects with a duration of up to 12 months.
Available for 17 categories of digital and ICT resources, ADIRA will provide capacity and capability to support the delivery of the Welsh Public Sectors' ambitious digital strategies
